Volunteer at the Festival
From volunteering a few hours each day during the Festival in July to joining an event team that plans and executes specific activities or events, we’re looking for your help!

We have opportunities to support activities like assisting with art exhibits and the logo store to events like Boat Building, Sand & Kite, Street Festival, and more

The Marblehead Festival of Arts operates throughout the year, not just during the Independence Day Festival, and volunteer service areas include finance, facilities, IT, event planning, fundraising, marketing, volunteering, and public relations.

Art Exhibit Hosts
We are seeking volunteers to sit for 2.5-hour sessions at our six different venues. Volunteers will assist visitors, answer their questions, and watch over the exhibits. We need two people per session, so sign up with a friend and be a part of the festival!
Event Volunteers
We are seeking volunteers to assist at our Festival events. Volunteers can help setup and tear down events, assist at events and many other opportunities so sign up with a friend and be a part of the festival!
