***Online  registration for the Marblehead Festival of Arts 5k and 10k closes, on  Friday, July 5, at 2 PM. We will still accept in-person registrations  during bib pickup on Friday afternoon, July 5 from 3-7 PM at the Work  Loft in Marblehead, and same-day registrations and bib pickup at  Marblehead High School from 6:45 - 7:25 AM, on Saturday, July 6.


Friday afternoon and Saturday morning registrations will be CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.***


Parking and arrival tips for Saturday


Ample  parking is available at Marblehead High School where pre and post-race  activities will be held and both races finish. It is a short walk to the  start line at the post office. We suggest arriving as early as you can.


6:45 am - 7:25 am: Late Registration/Bib Pick up at Marblehead High School

7:15 am - 7:25 am: Pre-Run/Yoga Warm-Up at Marblehead High School

7:30 am: 10K Race Line-up at the Post Office on Smith Street

7:45 am: 10K START

7:50 am: 5K Race Line-up at the Post Office on Smith Street

8:05 am: 5K START

9:15 am: Top Finisher Awards at Marblehead High School


Get ready to lace up those running shoes because it's time for the 2nd annual MFoA 5k, and guess what?We've got something new this year – a 10k distance!


And  here's the best part – everyone who crosses that finish line will snag a  sweet custom commemorative finisher’s medal! Plus, we're dishing out  awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age division and the top 3  teams will receive awards.

But  wait, there's more! Your registration fee isn't just for the run – it's  also supporting arts scholarships in our community. How cool is that?


So,  grab your most artsy running gear, mark your calendars, and let's hit  the pavement together! Here's the scoop on registration fees


Early Bird (before June 1st)  Regular Registration (after June 1st)  Day of the Race

$35 for the 5k                           $40 for the 5k                                          $45 for the 5k

$40 for the 10k                         $45 for the 10k                                        $50 for the 10k


And hey, for our younger runners under 10, there's no registration fee!


Psst... If you're eager to get your race bib early, swing by the Work Loft on Friday, July 5th from 4-6 pm at 1 Spring Street, Marblehead.

Race Schedule

The excitement kicks off past the Post office on Smith Street.


5k runners will take a right onto Seaview a right on Humphrey to our new finish line at Marblehead High School.


As  for our 10k challengers, you'll take a left on Atlantic, take a scenic  loop around the Neck, down Atlantic Avenue to Rockaway, then make a  right onto Humphrey Street, and finish strong at the High School.
