2024 Annual Meeting

Dear Corporate and Community Members,
In compliance with the Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc. By-Laws, we hereby informed you of your status as a Corporate Member of the Festival. We were pleased to announce that the 2024 Annual Meeting was held at St. Michael’s Church, located at 26 Pleasant Street, Marblehead, MA. The meeting was on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, with a gathering time of 6:45 pm, followed by the official meeting commencing at 7:00 pm. The meeting ran for one hour.

The Marblehead Festival of Arts is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This community organization is funded solely on fundraising events and donations to sustain annual operations.
At the Marblehead Festival of Arts, our governance is guided by a set of bylaws, and the responsibility for overseeing our financial and policy affairs rests with our dedicated Board of Directors
