The Marblehead Festival of Arts invites professional and nonprofessional individuals who currently reside, work, attend a school, or belong to an arts association in Essex County to submit entries for the 60th Marblehead Festival of Arts Logo Contest. This long-standing and prestigious competition, as old as the festival itself, produces a one-of-a-kind design to symbolize each year's event.

Festival logos appear on merchandise, signage, web pages, and so much more, and are used not only at our legendary summer arts festival, but also at events throughout the year, including our film festival, champagne reception and fundraising events, just to name a few.

Judges will select 15‒20 designs from this year’s submission as semifinalists; and will then choose several finalists for presentation to the public.

The public will then determine the winner by ballot this December. The winner will be unveiled at an exciting logo premiere party in January 2026 and will receive a cash prize of $150.

The deadline for all submissions is Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET. A $10 entry fee is required. You may submit up to three entries.
