Artisans' Holiday Marketplace Vendor Applications Open September 1–30

Dear Artists,

It’s that time of year again that Sally and Susan are beginning to prepare for the Artisans’ Holiday Marketplace during the Marblehead Christmas Walk Weekend at Abbot Hall!

This year, we will have a 3-5 person jury who will be jurying in each vendor. 

Our goal is to put together a fresh, strong and balanced show. 

If you have not yet applied to the Artisans’ Marketplace, you will need to set up a personal profile on the website: Users.marbleheadfestival.org and then login and select “Artisans Market-Marketplaces” from navigational panel.

To apply to be a vendor, please upload 3-5 photos of your NEW art and a photo of your table set up.  Also, include a very brief description of your art. If accepted, the photos and description will be used for social media and on the website, keep it brief.

Dates:

Saturday, December 5th 10-5pm

Sunday, December 6th 10-4pm

Where:

Top floor of Abbot Hall. There are spaces for approximately 20 artists. There will also be a vendor offering both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.

Booth fees:

$250 for 8’x10’ (approximate) space. 

$175 for 5’x10’ (approximate) space.

Fees due by October 15th, 2026

Information:

• Applications are open from September 1st - September 30th, 2026. 

• Notifications will be sent out the first week of October. 

• Booth fees are due by October 15th, 2026

• We are asking each artist to donate 2-3 dozen cookies/sweets (or more!) for our “Cookie Table”. This table is complimentary to the public along with coffee and water. There will be a donation jar and all proceeds go directly to the Marblehead Festival of the Arts. Everyone enjoyed this offering and were very generous with their donations. 

It is our goal to have the Artisans’ Holiday Marketplace @ Abbot Hall a destination for everyone in town!  There are many places for the public to visit and we want them to have us on the top of their list!
