Better Than Nothing - The Last Waltz!

After twenty years, Marblehead’s own Better Than Nothing (BTN) will take the stage for their final performance this July 4th. Since 2006, this powerhouse 6-piece ensemble has been fueling the New England music scene, bringing sixty years of rock and roll to premier stages like the House of Blues. From the British Invasion to modern anthems, BTN has spent two decades proving they aren’t just a band—they’re a "real show" defined by packed dance floors and crowd-wide singalongs. BTN is Craig Smith on lead guitar & lead vocals, Kimmy Hutchinson on lead vocals, Forrest Rodts on rhythm guitar, Billy Quigley on bass guitar, Tom Erskine on keyboards & vocals, Michael Smerka on drums and Jeff Ford on percussion.

To celebrate this milestone anniversary and final farewell, the band will be joined by an array of local special guests and the powerhouse BTN Horns, an elite lineup featuring 2-time Grammy nominee Mark Earley, Berklee Professor Tom Palance, Greg Blair (who has shared the stage with The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, and The O'Jays), and Downbeat award winner Ryan McNeice.
