Join lifelong Marblehead resident Susan Butterworth on one of her popular literary walks as we explore readings based on Marblehead and the New England coast, including Whittier's account of “Skipper Ireson's Ride,” Longfellow's tale of the Wreck of the Hesperus, excerpts from New England sea narratives, and historical fiction set in Marblehead.
