Marblehead Festival of Arts Annual Corporate Meeting

All are invited!

at St. Michael’s Church,
26 Pleasant St, Marblehead

We are a little late this year, but annually around this time the MFoA has the Corporate Meeting as a way to elect new officers, get new people who love going to the Festival involved and kick off the planning for next years fabulous Festival.  Its also an opportunity to take of organizational business requirements and listen to what people have to say.  

There is a lot of information here so we’ll try to organize it so you can read it and print it if you need it for your attendance at the meeting or just for your own information…… but first a few words from our Festival President…..

Dear Festival Friend,

Every year we have our annual meeting.  This year it will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7pm at St. Michael’s Church, 26 Pleasant St, Marblehead.  Everyone is invited and refreshments will be served.

We will be reviewing the 2016 Festival, as well as electing the Board of Directors for the 2017 Festival. 

The Nominees for the Officers are Joanne Smith, President, Kathy Hempel, Treasurer, Sandy McLaughlin, Secretary, Kiki Taron Kinney, 1st Vice President, Exhibits, Events, Patricia Patrick, 2nd Vice President, Public Relations, Development, Administration, Michael Thompson, 3rd Vice President, At Large, Bill Smalley, Immediate Past President.

The nominees for Directors are Katie Alexander, Exhibits, Kathy Barker, Public Relations, Pam Duncan, Development, Harry Foster, Facilities, Jordan Fowler, Volunteers, Matthew Friedman, IT, Ellen Garvey, IT, Lesli Mead, Sales, Kim Phelan, Development, Administration, Maggie Raftus, Communications, Stan Rich, At Large.  A brief bio is below for each candidate.  As you can see, we are fortunate to have a wide spectrum of art and business experience on this coming year’s board.  I look forward to a great year.

If you would like to find out more about the Festival and our activities and maybe volunteer for a great fun organization, you are more than welcome to come to the meeting.
